cANCELLATIONS AND NO-SHOWS
My time with each one of my guests is reserved for a one-on-one salon experience. I value my time with you more than anything and appreciate your respect for my schedule.
I realize that at times unexpected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to move, change, or cancel an appointment, I respectfully require that you provide at least 48 hours notice.
A cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a cancellation fee. The amount charged will be equal to 50% of the booked services.
In case of a true, unforeseen, and unavoidable emergency, a cancellation fee will be charged and will be handled on case-by-case scenario
No-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the booked services. Our policy is in effect and highly enforced.
